The Foundation’s Grant Agreement requests these important provisions be followed:
- A written report be submitted on the disposition of grant funds received and the impact of the project funded. We request that you submit this report on or before the application deadline for the next grant cycle – typically July 31st of the following year. Failure to submit a written report may disqualify you for future grants.
